WorkCover Counselling

Workplace injuries and psychological stress can impact every aspect of life, including your wellbeing, relationships, confidence, and sense of identity. I provide compassionate, client-centred support to help people navigate recovery, adjustment, and returning to the things that matter most.

Accessing WorkCover Counselling

Experiencing a workplace injury or psychological injury can affect far more than your ability to work.

Many people find themselves navigating uncertainty, changes in identity, financial pressures, reduced confidence, anxiety about the future, and the emotional impact of recovery.

Whether you have experienced a physical injury, workplace stress, bullying, burnout, or a psychological injury, counselling can provide a supportive space to process what has happened and develop strategies to move forward.

As a Clinical Counsellor and Social Worker, I provide compassionate, trauma-informed support to help individuals navigate recovery while reconnecting with their strengths, values, and goals.
