victims of crime
Experiencing crime, violence, abuse, or trauma can have a lasting impact on your wellbeing, relationships, and sense of self. As an approved Victims Services NSW counsellor, I provide compassionate, trauma-informed support to help you move towards healing and recovery.
Supporting recovery after trauma, violence and abuse
Experiencing crime, violence, abuse, or a traumatic event can have a profound impact on how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us.
You may find yourself feeling anxious, constantly on edge, struggling with sleep, avoiding reminders of what happened, questioning yourself, or feeling disconnected from the person you once were.
Healing does not mean forgetting what happened. It means finding ways to carry your experiences that allow you to reconnect with your life, your relationships, and the things that matter most to you.
As an approved Victims Services NSW counsellor, I provide trauma-informed counselling to adults who have been impacted by crime, violence, and abuse.
Appointments are available online across NSW, including the Central Coast, Newcastle, Sydney, regional NSW, and rural communities.
How counselling can help
Trauma can affect every part of life. Together we can explore:
The impact of trauma on your wellbeing
Anxiety, fear, and hypervigilance
Shame, guilt, and self-blame
Difficult memories and emotional overwhelm
Relationships and trust
Identity and self-worth
Grief and loss
Rebuilding confidence and a sense of safety
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique experiences.
I believe you are more than what has happened to you.
Counselling provides a space to make sense of your experiences, recognise your strengths, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that trauma may have overshadowed.

Domestic and family violence
Sexual assault
