INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual counselling offers a confidential, supportive space to make sense of what you’re holding, whether it’s something recent, something long-standing, or something hard to name. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed and attachment-based practice. Together, we explore your experiences, patterns, and hopes for change, shaping the work around your needs and your way of being.
-
Our first session is a grounded, conversational exploration of what brings you here and what you’re hoping for. There’s no pressure to share everything at once, we build safety and clarity as we go.
All sessions are offered via secure telehealth, making therapy accessible no matter where you’re located.
Frequency is flexible; some people attend short-term around a specific concern, while others engage in longer-term, deeper work. -
My practice integrates several evidence-informed approaches, including:
Attachment-based therapy
Narrative therapy
Emotion-focused and trauma-informed frameworks
Somatic and regulation-based strategies
CBT- and ACT-informed tools when helpful
We move between reflection, meaning-making, practical skills, and inner world exploration — always with care, curiosity, and collaboration. Your voice and lived experience guide the process.
