NDIS Counselling

Living with disability can present unique challenges, but it can also bring strengths, resilience, and valuable life experiences. I provide compassionate, person-centred support to help individuals build confidence, strengthen wellbeing, navigate life's challenges, and work towards their personal goals.

NDIS Counselling

The NDIS is designed to support people to live meaningful and fulfilling lives, build independence, strengthen connections, and achieve their goals.

Counselling can provide a supportive space to explore challenges, build confidence, develop coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and improve emotional wellbeing.

As a Clinical Counsellor and Social Worker, I provide person-centred support that recognises each individual's strengths, values, experiences, and goals.

Appointments are available online across Australia.
